Development Process

“Constant development is the law of life, and a man who always tries to maintain his dogmas in order to appear consistent drives himself into a false position” ~Mohandas Gandhi

Development is a must among humans as the result of consistent development gave birth to civilization . . . but many look at development from the half way of it or better said from where it sound nice i.e. by developing one can achieve wealth, health but actually the step in developments starts with the unhappy statement which is “accepting the weakness” ! ! !

Many individuals fail or omit this stage and focus only on possibilities of development thus when there is a tendency for individuals to choose the inappropriate strategy for development, constantly failing the development or eve developing a terribly false ego by defending strategy’s failure due to the fundamental problem stated before !

Many of us become fighters for strategy which doesn’t seem to work due to its virtue of being inappropriate as it doesn’t comply to the actual weakness of the person or society and this will lead eventually towards despair and disappointments in the far end

One must always adhere to the steps to development by sacrificing the ego of the self and accept that there is weakness in them only then the room for development will be possible, how would one develop if he / she have the mentality that they are perfect? If it is so then there is no need for development! Then there isn’t anything as constant development –i.e. anti Kaizen

Claiming for development without accepting the weakness is a mere time waste thus lets acknowledge the development process from the very basic of it without any ego or wrong belief system and hit the development constantly as the saying goes hand in hand :

“None is perfect except God – Changes & Development is a never ending process”

Just sharing a thought
